Black cherry fruit, soft and silky. Can't help but thinking this just a bit past peak, but still very enjoyable

Still tannic but a nice expressive Syrah. Sort of towards the fruity side but still has some earthy, savory notes.

If I remember correctly this is co-fermented with Viogner. Thus blew me away tonight, beautiful blue fruit, long silk finish. Loved this 2009!
