Santa Maria Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Passion fruit, flint, jalapeño, citrus and nice acid. Clean and still holding on to plenty of fruit.

Tangy. Like when you finish a bag of grapefruit gummy candy and you hoover the remaining sour dust. Had it day 3 and still going.

Grapefruit/pomelo, cut grass, bell pepper, and very focused and refreshing.

Id drink this all day.

Such a soft, sensual sauvignon blanc, that really opens up as it warms. Love the jalapeño stone fruit nose, mineral palate w that sauvignon blanc acidity but a touch of neutral oak and some definite lees influence that make the finish seem to melt in your mouth.

Seriously delicious CA Sauv blanc. A third stainless, third concrete, a third neutral oak. Wet rock minerality, blossoms, cut jalapeño all in the mix. Plenty racy but with a mouth coating texture too, edges are soft. Just a precise point of ripeness with the 2014.

Great balance here. Flint, minerality, gooseberry, great acidity and bright citrus fruit. Reminiscent of both Marlborough and Sancerre.
