Vintage 2019 | playful smell with minerals, a bit stinky (positive) if tasted blind I would have thought white wine, salty, what a joy! | Paired with lemon sole / limande | second day, hotter, and even more appreciation. Provence rosé is made for 30 degrees plus days.

Fruity on the nose with some sort of dairy-esque scent. Tasty is pleasant, mild and crisp. Better than the smell. Grenache rosé from Costco. Would NOT repurchase.
