In a nice spot where it offers development and depth while still retaining a lot of freshness. Starts out with a ripping, serrated texture but in time the flesh of the fruit smooths it out. Golden in hue but the essence of the flavors is still gorgeously fresh fruit, peachy and perfumed with just enough of the subtly bitter to keep it edgy.
