A berry forward wine but not quite my own cup of tea. With the tannins. Very nice as a high quality TRB Napa Cab but a tough year, as I'm sure he would agree. The 12s an 13s are resting as they will outshine this bottle.

2011 is not a good vintage for CA wines...this wine is smooth & balanced...not vibrant, but also not bland, so I give it a rating above 9.0
