Vintage 2019 | We ordered a glass of red to accompany a carpaccio. We got a glass with red, obviously direct from the fridge. We looked at each other 🤨 but it paired wonderfully. Could not say what grape but I thought of Italy. Back label says it is from Trevenezie IGT without explanation of grapes. It made us happy. Simple for sure. But: right wine right moment | at restaurant Alfresco Santa Elena San Salvador.
