Pale lemon in color with a green hue.
Light nose of citrus, lemons,
Green apples, grapefruits, bitter herbs, spices.
Medium minus in body with medium plus acidity, crisp and refreshing.
Dry on the palate with limes, green apples, grapefruits bitter herbs, spices, minerals and black pepper.
Short finish with limes and bitter almonds.
This is a drinkable Sauvignon Blanc from Southern Sicily. Not very balanced, light and simple, and a little too bitter for my taste.
A good food wine, but not to have by itself. I paired it with a seafood salad.

Very impressed with this one... Tastes similar to a 'typical' Chardonnay (in a good way). Would definitely get again.
