Cool label. And cool bottle color, kinda olive green. And convenient screw cap to boot! Lovely golden glow in the glass. Smells like briney clean ocean water and white wine in a fermentation tank. Meaning citrusy and slightly yeasty. Flavors are soft and somewhat simple. Pretty smooth. It’s got just a hint of ‘salty’ edge though & plenty of pucker. It’s a unique and likable white.
