A good value marketed in the natural wine scene made cleanly with a very fresh and exuberant style initially thought that the blend of grapes may have been arbitrary and all over the place but after experiencing this and tasting it the blend actually seems to be in balance And the resulting wine is very fun to drink with and without food like the extract of a nice spring day in a sunny meadow lots of flowers none of the grapey characters come off as too strong

Tropical fruit, apple, lime, and wet hay. Fairly dry with a touch of funk.

Wabi-sabi is nuclear sour lemon then cool salted butter cream. The acid to the base. Piercing citrus at levels that stiffen nose hairs and burn the back of your tongue. A creamy malo blanket cools you off.

Mix of mostly Chenin, with Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat to round her out.

Lemon, key lime, green herbs.
