Peefectly balanced, highly drinkable

Ripe red fruits balanced with a little bark and wood. Tastes like raiding the blackberry patch before they're fully ready. Wonderful.

Juicy and snappy. Plum and rasberry with acid and pepper at the end. Very drinkable. Would pair nicely with fat and salt
