The spice of the Gewurtztraminer really comes through. Also pear and crisp green apple nose. Fresh acidity, very well balanced and medium finish. More residual sugar than many would want.

Delicious! Floral nose with lots of orchard fruit. Perfect pairing for pork chops with apple sauce and an Asian pear/kale salad, both flavoured with ginger. Really happy with this one.
