Bright yellow gold with persistent, tiny fine bubbles. Abundant and inviting nose of rope yellow apple and navel orange. Medium palate confirms the nose adding hints of mineral and toasted brioche. Acidity is still strong 18 years on making this an excellent sparkler for a starter or with a lighter greens and seafood meal. Still vibrant, but start to drink it now through 2030.
