Mostly austere sparkler. Off dry and very little fruit, light bitterness... interesting wine but overall it wasn't very enjoyable on its own, I'd need some stinky cheese or other strong food to mingle with these flavors.

2014 - Grapes of Cortese contribute to this ri-fermented in the bottle wine to make a fashionable not-filtered sparkling white. Dry, crisp, subtly aromatic. A good very first start for this new winery in Castelnuovo del Garda, Verona.
