Gragnano Aglianico Piedirosso

Too much barnyard.

Chewy, purple fruits and a bit of natural fizz. Best served chilled for sure. I'd drink this with a Napolitano pizza and be quite happy.

Not my favorite style of Gragnano.

This has my favorite characteristics, funky, chewy, fizzy. Serve chilled and as it warms up it opens up so nicely. Tart and fragrant, lavender is what hits me most.
