Jul 13th, 2021Pungent oceanic breeze rolls in on the aromatic tide of sea salted squeezed limes. Confident pale citrus layers across the palate in mineralic pleasure. Fishes of the land and sea will pair swimmingly.

Jan 17th, 2019Impressive rendition of this varietal but not for faint of heart: this is an austere lean angular beast w/razor sharp acidity and plenty of minerality & saline mingled w/herbaceousness. Echoes of kumquat & lime in 2nd day, but this remains a wine for seafood, salad or specific light fare.
