Very soft yellow cheddar, berries and pine. Great. Drank in Puerto Rico at nonna Italian restaurant.

Il Seggio Bolgheri Poggio al Tesoro: 2019. Deep ruby coloration. On the nose, cherry, plum and anise, vanilla and oak. Medium to full body, Cherry, vanilla, oak, anise, florals and chocolate in the finish. Excellent. At trattoria camillo, Florence. Tannins are present but well balanced.
