Boxer Briefs

Dark. Fig, a green edge, medium acid maybe, maybe. The longer it's open, the more Sangiovese brightness shows but it's pretty buried. Wine was like $14.39 at retail

A wine that blossomed as it warmed. Chilled below 75f it was tart and bitter. Over 75 it was flavorful, much more complex. Pairs well with spicy foods.
