Apr 16th, 2020Day 2 open. Nose of juicy ripe red plum, white pepper and some earth. The palate has good the red plum coming through, but more on the tart skins. chalky tannins and solid acidity. This can definitely use a couple years, but goes well now with food. A bit tight. Maybe it’s the greens I’m eating not working with it.

May 17th, 2019Forever changing since opening up, array of (mainly) red fruits cruising through to some black cherry. Fresh acid, fair whack of desirable grip, longish finish.
