Oh my. The nose itself is so welcoming & expansive. Earthy and specific. Tension. On palate: fine grained tannins lay out a welcoming texture, with black cherries, marmite, rose petals, and chicory all swirling in and out of sensory awareness. Perfection in balance, & pitch: acid & fruit are just so integrated. All the parts are melded together. Have never experienced a Brunello on this level.

Spice and bright berries. The fruit is a bit overwhelmed by the wood treatment at this time and it isn’t all in sync but there is definite stuffing and a velvety texture that is hard to ignore. Wanna go back here in a couple of years!
