Clean, lean, mineral wine with notes of citrus, subtle notes of fruit, particularly pineapple. Best to drink alone or with a light appetizer as it can be easily overwhelmed. One drawback is the finish. There is not much of one and what little there is, leaves a taste of pencil/ash that I'm not fond of. Yet there is something about this wine that leaves you craving for the next sip.
