Another top notch bottle!

First time with a Carricante and is firmly becoming one of my favourite white wines ever! It has a rich texture with heavy minerality but remains elegant.. The volcanic soils really elevate this wine, reminds me of a Chablis or Gavi. £23 from The Wine Society.

This Etna wine is so fresh and fruity, very elegant wine!

Crisp with earthy flavor and medium body - quite good. Nice balance and finish
