Toast flavors open up to stone fruit; hint of apricot and honey. Can't beat of the story here--Marie Antoinette's favorite champagne and served at 14 royal courts. Marilyn Monroe famously declared of the wine, “I wear Chanel No. 5 when going to bed, and wake up with a glass of Piper- Heidsieck ..." Cheers to that.
