More baby Barbaresco than baby Barolo. Light with tight tannin but a bit thin on the back end. Blackberry with cinnamon, candied orange peel, and tobacco leaf. Great holiday wine.

Always solid and dependable if not anything spectacular. Easy on the tannins and clear cherry and earth notes. Finish is easy. More mellow Barolo than most but is sometimes great to have a reliable Barolo that drinks well young.
