I don’t really remember loving it the first night I had it open. Kinda generic red berry followed by some earth tones, kinda mushroomy/leathery.

I had it on the second night, and it was so much juicier and fruit forward that I felt compelled to write the notes. Even the nose was a lot stronger. Basically the red berry flavor is a lot more concentrated and really hit harder the second night before that earthiness comes in. It tasted a lot more balanced.
