A take-home from a trip to Niagara-On-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada. This was the best ice-wine of the entire trip amongst about fifteen ice wine candidates. This red ice wine is refined, balanced sweetness, slightest hint of cherry, strawberry blended in with classic, creamy ice wine finish.
