What an extraordinary experience. The color: medium honey. The flavor: all plum pudding. Crazy Christmas notes of cloves, nutmeg, orange peel. Maybe even a touch of maple syrup. This was one of the finest surprises ever out of a bottle. What a treat. — 8 years ago

Holy crap the nose on this. Like a bouquet of flowers. Has jammy notes, like a fresh strawberry or raspberry jam. On first sip, I get vanilla, chocolate, cranberries, strawberries, pepper, honey, oak. It's complex as heck but works so well. Very unique. — 5 years ago

I purchased this bottle in 2008 while working and Toronto and joy traveling in Niagara! Nice take on one of their first attempts at solid Franc. It’s aged nicely with softened tannins and subdued fruits. Aniseed and ripe fruit drive the nose through a softer matured flavor profile. — 6 years ago
