Inviting cherry pie aromas come with baking spice, violets, and smoke overtones. A juicy core has firm tannins that dance around some leather notes on long finish. Fennel-garlic pork roast is suggested.

Mar 30th, 2019Pleasant! Black cherries, a hint of vanilla, maybe a bit roast-y.
