Medium straw lemon colour . Quite subtle but with ripe quince and pear , red apple , some white stone fruit and light floral elements also. On the palate more intense and grippy than the nose lets on , pear and quince , blanched almond , light herbal hints . Quite good acidity , with saline , mineral tinge on the medium length finish . Medium bodied , quite rounded , with just balanced alcohol and a refreshing hint of bitterness on the palate. Drink now and over the 3-4 years.
