Always such a lovely wine at Pierrick Bouley. Floral, stoney and intense nose. But beautiful and so elegant. Very refined. Dark red cherries, earth and pastille like aromas Palate is dense and chewy, with terrific grip and purity. Very fresh, linear and energetic. Slate like tannins and wonderfully pure fruit. Sappy and so so complex. Great concentration and such lovely stoniness on the backend. Really packed. Lovely purity. Sappy and almost a cherry liquer on the midpalate and extends to the finish. Long. Wonderful village Pommard.
