Nose is steely, mineral and refined. Apple skins, lime zest. Very very mineral as St. Romain tends to be. Palate is terrific. Juicy, super pure and very concentrated with outstanding clarity and freshness. Best version yet. Lovely balance. Very complex and so delicious. This is a great wine. So chewy on the finish. Green fruits all the way.
