Two bottles this week. Both terrific. Great combination of freshness and that classic PYCM slight hint of reduction, with the extra textural richness that develops in bottle.

Superb young chard. So tense and pure. Long fruit flavours and subtle spice but that acid is just amazing

This particular bottle is absolutely singing! Tons of acid and rich lemon fruit. A touch flinty and obviously has MANY years ahead. I love how alive this one is.
