Absolutely gorgeous Aligote from PYCM. Bright and laser focused, with incredible minerality and acidity. Lemon zest, white floral blossoms and crushed stones persist through the vibrant finish. Amazing value and drinking beautifully.

At 2 years old this was fresh and full of lemon and flint. At 5 years old there is a prevalent tropical note and leas lemon. Still has great acid but a more round fruit profile
