True Alsatian Riesling: dry, crisp, bright, great clarity. Strong minerality, mouthful of earth. Very smooth finish and refreshing. Stood up very well, especially, to the Tarte Flambé &the sweetness of the carmelized onions; dryness cut right through.

Ok, I loved this Riesling! Paired this with an appetizer of fried pickles and spicy remoulade sauce . This is a pretty dry Riesling but has a great balance. When paired with something spicy like that. Got compliments from all the guests on it.

I’m a fan! I drink a lot of Grüner Veltliner and this was a welcome surprise in clarity and brightness. Not too sweet.

Decent but uninspiring Alsatian Riesling.
