Great entry level example of Alsatian Gewurztraminer - classic, barely off-dry wine with aromas and flavors of lychee, rose petal and ginger. Medium acidity - will be wonderful with Indian and Thai dishes as well as Alsatian cuisine, especially tarte Flamande and roast pork.

Jan 24th, 2018Apricot, lychee, honey. Thick and rich with a little pep and tooth-grabbing sweetness. Finish is medium length of ripe tropical fruit. Aromatics are the strong suit here.

Slightly off dry. Floral. This is the wine we serve when we wrap maraschino cherries in bacon and stick them in the oven and it never disappoints.
