Typical Tavel color, softer muted strawberry nose. Palate had some familiar watermelon and rose hip notes, but overall lackluster flavor, and missing crucial acidity. Perhaps the ‘21 was past its prime, but I’ve had Tavel rosés handle 2 years from other producers. SPEC’s Dallas
