We drank this stunner, the '00 Pierre Peters Cuvée Spéciale Brut 'Les Chétillons', at a friend's house to christen a new kitchen makeover. A light, bright gold color with superfine bubbles. Gorgeous aromas of citrus, honeysuckle and pear first excited the senses, followed by a creamy, flinty taste in the mouth, with more lemon and lime in the aftertaste. Simply sumptuous! So glad we were on the guest list.
