Fairly closed on the nose - I didn’t decant and probably should have. The palate reflects the ripe warm 2015 vintage. One can taste the fruity Grenache, the tarriness of the Mourvèdre and the spiciness of the Syrah - overall a gamey note - only a small % of Cinsault. Had the last bottle 14 weeks later on 5th February 2022 with similar notes.
