Interesting #sauvignonblanc driven by melon and citrus. Med complexity, nice structure. Okay finish dominated by an intriguing bitterness and grip. #louisdressner #sarlpierreolivierbonhomme #touraine #loirevalley #ctbucklinwine

The ripe version of Sauvignon Blanc - bursting tropical fruits - lychee and smoked pineapple swimming in their syrups. Good acid to cut through the sweetness and viscosity. Mine went through some sort of secondary fermentation, which was fine to ignore, but created an initial spritz.

I’d honestly forgotten that Sauvignon Blanc can have personality. This is the second in a week that’s made my brain tingle. Accented by pronounced viscosity and texture are ripe juicy orchard fruits - the softest pears and ripe red delicious thick skinned apples.
