New producer for me. Loved how fun and generous this was. Ample and succulent gold and red fruit, rich mouthfeel, and a nice grace of some tertiary character from its age. 74 PN 26 CH

Always a special treat to attend the Wednesday Wine Committee. The hosts always bring out excellent wines!
Vintage French champagne. 👌 Buttered toasted bread on the nose. Not overly tropical/fruity. @Benjamin Keator mentioned he got a bit of chocolate on the finish...after some time, I agree with that. Delicious.

Sherry, brandied fruits. I lost my write-up on this one but as I wrote it became increasingly apparent how futile using words to describe this was. 76% Pinot noir, my favorite! Tart, taught, resonating with elegance.
