Jan 14th, 2024Brief notes. Mid lemon in colour. Aromatics of white and yellow daisies, honeycomb and mineral. On the palate ripe grapefruit and a wet stones note. Quite different to a good Australian Chardonnay. From the excellent 2014 vintage for white burgundy. Have the remaining 2 bottles in the next year or two.

Delicious. Drinking wonderfully after it opens. Great purity of fruit. Vibrant, and still plenty of room for aging.
