Really nice. Tart lemons and green apples dominate. Some spring red fruit like underripe strawberry. Maybe even raw rhubarb. Creaminess at the mid to end palate but then it gets more acidity on the finish although more in the apricot/stone fruit realm. Great wine.

Okay... just reviewed this a couple weeks ago...I was wrong! The wine is better than I thought! Absolutely brilliant with Salmon and Blackhawk hockey. Starting to wonder why drink white wine when this shit is available. Bargain, back up the truck and cover yourself with bubbles!

Oprah, Harry, Meghan... sounds like Champagne to me. My first experience with this wine... and a happy one. Brilliant, clear, light lemon yellow... active, tiny bubbles. Delightfully light on its feet right out of the fridge. Impeccable balance and round on the long finish. Think young white Burgundy with bubbles. Cream, strawberry, tart Granny Smith and no oxidative notes. I’m not sure this wine needs time... it’s delightful right now.
