Beautiful, (even elegant!) Northern Rhone Syrah. Floral and tar against a backdrop of pepper and blue fruit. Tannins humming softly after only 3 years, however, I have a suspicion that this will live many more years!

Balanced, broad and open, purple and red berries, a little violet and licorice, could probably develop more but nice straightforward Syrah

Nice but needs some time to open up - either a couple years or an hour in a decanter. Deep dark red fruit with a hint of spicy poking through the considerable structure.

Dec 23rd, 2016This leather daddy has cedar and tar on the nose, with heavy blackberry, ripe plum and Ribena-gone-wild notes in the mouth. Smooth but not unnoticed tannins; ready to drink but worth holding on to for a few more years.
