This is great because it’s so typical of #loirecabfranc #loirewine #cabernetfranc #bourgueil and it’s clean and has tertiaries and everything lovely about a Cab Franc, crushed red peppercorns, potpourri and red cherries.

Lovely drop of Cabernet Franc this. Loaded with blackcurrant and forest floor.

A stunner in quality. £11/bottle from Majestic. Tobacco, loam, leather, perfume, and cherry...with that green herby note. Consistent with a dry gravel finish. 12.5% alc beauty.
