Turns out it ages nicely. Chamomile, apricot, honeysuckle. Rich waxy texture

Chasselas at its best, #Gonon knocked it out of the park with this waxy and slightly oily textured gem. White flowers, macadamia nuts, bright and sweet lemon, a touch of honey and a firm minerally spine. If you have not had #Chasselas I can't recommend this one more. Best of the 3 bottles tasted in the last year.

Very cool wine. Restrained for this style but in the most perfect way. A crowd pleaser. Yum.

2012: Lemon fresh nose. Lighter body, reminiscent of an afternoon wine style, yet with a sweet presence of fruit that compels. Would like to try again.

Fun, fun, fun. Puts a smile on your face. Sweet core balanced by bright acidity, fleshy fruit, and lightly tannic texture.

Very drinkable with fine edges and subtle fruit. Slate and Mineral yet round and approachable.
