Not as astoundingly flushed with width and depth as the rouge with the vintage. Tight textures and smoky minerality, chiseled, more precise and linear at first, and it’s opening into broadness comes with a youthful restraint. Will age well, and will be a fun wine to watch, I expect a lot of texture and intensity to come forth in a few years.

What a nose. Lemon marzipan. Smoke, wood shavings. Stunning depth. Lemon fruits. Wow, juicy, clean, pure, spicy, mineral, icing texture. Awesome balance and freshness. Structured and deep. Clean.

Minerarlity is out in force in this one. Surprising body for a white. Ripe stone fruit apricots. Some bell pepper. Almost a fluoride type finish. Quite enjoyable
