Les Epenots.... From one of the big time up and coming young winemakers. Intensely aromatic, powerful and energetic. Both black and red fruits, exotic spices and Pommard muscle. Took some time to open up but showed itself nicely after a little over an hour. A bottle that is certain to improve with patience.
