Needs a little air - open an hour before drinking. Lifted spiced ginger, pineapple, toasted almonds, citrus blossom, and peach. Beautiful aromatics. High viscosity, think orange oil. Ginger root, pear, white peach, and apricot develop on the palate. Rich in flavor, but still fresh. Zesty. Finishes with persistence.
