Crazy sweet! Like drinking the crust of a crème brûlée!

This flirts with perfection - great acid (but not too much), spice in the background, some residual sugar, minerals. Bay and orange blossom honey on the nose.

Perfect to chicken.

A lot of pear, some jasmine flowers, and a green apple acidity. Excellent balanced sweetness.
