For some reason now any black background Lightbox shot I took delectable will not accept. Really really annoying
Nose is very skeletal, dry and mineral, some lemon rind, lemon cake, lemon pith. Round nose for a Brut Nature. Really nice. Palate is bone dry but super juicy and wow is this mineral. I love this. Such a geeky zero dose bubbly. Man is this mineral like a Mosel. But it’s still got fruit and juiciness. Delish! Nice concentration and terrific lime zest flavors and finished chalky, slatey and fiercely mineral. Wow. Really delineated and linear. And a steal!
Now with air this is killer. More expansive and airy. Palate is sharp and has killer acids and freshness. Bracing!
