Nose is insane. Hard to describe. Sweet lemon confit. Elegant richness. Wow. Hedonistic. Some iodine with air.
Palate is decadent. The balanced richness of great champagne. Amazing texture. Perfect acidic balance. The after effects of perfectly integrated wood. Still so lithe. Sweet citrus notes.
